Town Center Office Suites

Arive is working with the management of the Town Center Office Suites (TCOS) to create an updated corporate aesthetic for their reception lobby and main conference room while staying within an aggressive budget. TCOS provides office space for various tenants such as lawyers, doctors, and technology firms. Their office space faces a unique challenge, in that the new branding must appeal to a wide variety of tenants and the clients that visit those tenants. Arive has developed a clean, modern design that allows more natural light to penetrate the lobby by the addition of a full glass wall at the main conference room. Additional seating is added to the lobby to accommodate visitors and a new reception desks adds a sleek professional image.
